General Terms and Conditions

​Welcome to DAMON®! We're excited to work with you. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, please take a moment to review our general terms:

1. Open Balances: To maintain efficiency and fairness for all clients, we require any open balances to be cleared before accepting further bookings or requests. This policy helps us provide timely and quality service to everyone.

2. Liability for Damages: We understand accidents happen, but responsibility is important. If any equipment or property is damaged during your session by your person, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. We reserve the right to decide where and how the repairs or replacements are made.

3. Appointment Policy: Time is valuable, both for you and for us. If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot extend your session to make up for the lost time. The full price of the booked session will still apply. Conversely, if your session extends beyond the scheduled time, you have the option to purchase additional time, subject to availability. Otherwise, the session will conclude at the scheduled end time.

4. Payment Policy: All services or bundles must be paid for before the commencement of the session.

5. Service-Specific Terms: Each of our services comes with its own set of terms and conditions. We strongly advise you to read these additional terms thoroughly before booking a service. Understanding these terms helps ensure that your experience with us meets your expectations.

6. Unsettled Balances and Consequences: Should there be an outstanding balance for services rendered by DAMON® Studio, including but not limited to song recording, mixing and mastering, beats, and cover art, we reserve the right to take necessary actions. This includes the removal of the associated song(s) from all platforms where they have been distributed. This action can be applied across all services provided by us, including the withdrawal of songs from digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and others, even in cases where payment for our beats or cover art has not been completed.

7. Partial Payments: Agreeing to our terms means committing to full payment for the services rendered. If only a portion of the agreed payment is received, it still constitutes a breach of our agreement. We pride ourselves on delivering complete and professional services without compromise and expect reciprocal respect in honoring payment agreements.

8. Communication and Resolution: We understand that financial difficulties can arise, leading to payment challenges. If you find yourself in such a situation, we encourage open communication with us. DAMON® Studio is open to discussing alternative arrangements, including the possibility of payment plans. However, these are subject to our discretion and require prior discussion and agreement.
