1. Initial Concept Submission: Share your ideas and vision with us before we begin the design process.

2. Order Commitment: Once we start designing your Album Cover, the order is final and cannot be canceled.

3. Feasibility: We will inform you if certain elements or concepts are not feasible in the design.

4. Revision Period: You have two weeks from the delivery of the final design to request changes.

5. Project Timeline: The creation of your Album Cover may take up to 3 days.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final design. DAMON™ reserves the right to use the design for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Additional Revisions: Any revision requests made after the initial two-week period may incur additional fees. The client will be informed of any costs before proceeding with further changes.

8. Confidentiality: DAMON™ will maintain the confidentiality of your project details and will not disclose any information to third parties without your permission.

9. Force Majeure: DAMON™ is not liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters and other unforeseeable circumstances.
