Distribution Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DAMON®'s Music Distribution Services. By choosing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Royalty Agreement: You agree to provide us with 20% of your royalties as payment for our distribution services. Alternatively, you can opt to pay a flat fee of 25fl.

2. Liability Disclaimer: DAMON® is not responsible for any failure of your music to appear on music platforms. While we facilitate distribution, the final decision lies with the respective platforms.

3. Withdrawal Threshold for Aruban Citizens: If you are an Aruban citizen, a minimum earnings amount of $50 is required before you can withdraw your royalties.

4. Amuse® Royalty: Amuse® has it's own royalty splits. At the time of making these terms & conditions, the fee is 15%.
