Any revenue generated through the use of any of our beats are subject to a 25% royalty fee. This applies to all income-generating platforms and channels, including but not limited to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.), YouTube monetization, digital sales, and sync placements.

Prior to any commercial release, you are required to contact me so that the appropriate agreements can be arranged. Releasing commercially without prior notice is a violation of these terms.

Credit must be given on all platforms and in all formats where the track is published or performed.

• YouTube: Include "prod. DAMON" in the video title.
• Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.): List "DAMON" in the production credits of the track metadata.
• Any other platform or format: Credit must be clearly visible and attributed to "DAMON".

 

Failure to provide proper credit is a violation of these terms, regardless of whether revenue is generated.
